TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) The rates stated are for a minimum of 24 hours of loan. Additional hours will be charged hourly up to a maximum of 5 hours
only.

maximum of 5 hours only
3) If the BORROWER or GUARANTEE violates the terms and conditions, action will be taken to blacklist (CTOS) BOTH
PARTIES will be billed 10% of their payment each month.
4) The RENTER or GUARANTOR breaches the terms and conditions action will be taken to blacklist (TOS) BOTH
PARTIES and billed 10% of outstanding payments each month.
5) The Borrower must pay the owner for the duration of the vehicle loan the amount stated in the Loan Document when
picking up the vehicle. The Borrower must authorize the owner to charge all amounts due.
6) The borrower shall pay the owner for the loan of the vehicle the sum or sums specified in the Barrow Document upon
vehicle collection and authorizes the owner to charge all amounts payable to the owner
7) No refunds will be made to borrowers who do not use the vehicle during the loan period.
8)An additional RM30-One-way fee is charged for car delivery and return outside of operating hours, which is 8:30am to
10:00pm.
9) for delivery & return of vehicles after operational hours: 8:30 am to 10:00 pm
10) 5000 kilometers per month for service and maintenance (for customers who borrow for a period of one month and above)
11) The rates charged include full indemnity for third party property damage and bodily injury. However, in line with
commercial insurance practice, the customer is always liable for the same amount with an excess clause not exceeding for
Group A (RM2,500), Group B (RM5,000), Group C (RM10,000) and Group D (RM20,000)
12) We offer customers the option to waive financial responsibility for damage to the vehicle while it is under the loan agreement.
This can be done by accepting Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at the time of delivery/pick up of the vehicle by paying 10% of the loan rate. However the customer is responsible for Excess Damage for
Group A (RM1,500), Group B (RM2,500), Group C (RM5,000) and Group D (RM10,000).
13) 9) Apart from the loan charges, customers are required to provide a security deposit, which is cash, as a guarantee of proper
use of the vehicle for the entire contract period. The security deposit will be refunded if there is no damage or summons reported
after 14 working days from the date of return of the vehicle.
14)9) in addition to the rent charges, the customer is required to have a cash security deposit and an equivalent as a guarantee of
proper usage of the vehicle for the entire duration of the contract, a sum which is reimbursed if no damage or summons
is notified after 14 working days after returning the vehicle.
EXCLUDE RATES / RATES EXCLUDE:
15) to negligence such as flat and burst tires, fuel errors, lack of battery charge due to negligence in turning
off electronic equipment, loss or damage to accessories
16) Damage caused by negligence, such as punctures and burst tires, fuel errors, lack of battery charge due to trying to turn off
electronic appliances, loss or damage to the vehicle accessories.
17) Customers are reminded that damage to the underbody and top of the vehicle is at their own risk at all times. All Insurance
is void if the vehicle is driven on roads or unpaved surfaces.
Rates do not include petrol, toll charges, Singapore permits, parking charges, traffic fines, airport charges, fuel & other optional
charges. The borrower is responsible for all such charges during the rental period. A fee of RM 50 is charged for each
summons paid by ADAMREZKY CAR RENTAL

DRIVER BORROWER REGULATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
19) Borrower/driver must be between 18 to 60 years old, free from criminal record and not wanted by
authorities. Additional RM50 for second driver
20) Borrower/driver must possess a valid local driving license or international driving permit with at
least one year of qualified driving experience.
21) In Cases involving borrower/driver accidents must obtain information such as names, telephone
numbers, and addresses of all involved and witnesses to the accident. Photographs of the vehicle involved
in the accident must also be taken. Please report to the owner as soon as possible within 24 hours of the
accident.
22) Prohibition of vehicle use:
- Motorsports, racing and speed testing (outside normal use).
- Using the vehicle on unpaved roads or on race tracks/tests.
- Allowing unauthorized persons to use the vehicle without the owner’s knowledge. If found, the owner has the right to withdraw the vehicle without paying any withdrawal fee with a
minimum charge of RM500 - Allowing unauthorized persons to use the vehicle without the owner’s knowledge. If found, the owner

RM500. - Under the influence of alcohol and drugs also with the intention of committing a crime
- Driving outside the specified destination is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to drive out of Malaysia’s borders to neighboring countries without the knowledge
and permission of the owner. - Copy of Identity Card | Passport and Driver’s License, Copy of Identity Card I Passport of
guarantor, Utility Bill, Business Card (if any) and SSM - Photocopy of driver NRIC/Passport and License, Photocopy of NRIC/Passport of the
guarantor, Utility bill and Business card (if any), and SSM (for company)
EXTENSION OF BORROWING:
23) ADAMREZKY CAR RENTAL may agree to extend the loan period if we are notified 2 days before the end date of the loan.
If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to terminate the loan agreement and we reserve the right to charge you the basic
daily (24 hour) rate until we get the vehicle back.
24) Booking fees will not be refunded if cancellation is made within less than 60 hours of the loan date.
EXTENSION OF BORROWING:
25) Upon return, the borrowed car must be in the same condition as when it was borrowed, both inside and outside the car.
Otherwise, the borrower will be responsible for all costs of restoring the vehicle to its original condition.
26) All prohibited items such as (pirated VCDs, drugs, alcohol, weapons, etc.) and smelly items are not allowed at all (durian,
dried fish, etc.), “The tenant will be responsible for paying all costs of eliminating the smell including air conditioning services. The
owner will not be responsible if detained by the authorities
l agree and understand the terms and conditions above, hereby authorize you to bill me for all
charges including parking or tram violation tickets which may have been incurred during the borrowing period OR owners have the right to hold vehicles, assets, or items of equal value at the
cost set by the vehicle owner if the borrower is unable to pay the outstanding bill.
